A small education non-profit needed a learning management system, file sharing, and communication tools for 500 students across rural communities. Commercial LMS platforms cost $500+/month, which was impossible on a grant-funded budget.
The solution
Deployed a TinyPod server with Moodle for course management, Nextcloud for educational materials, and Rocket.Chat for student-teacher communication. The entire platform runs on a single $5/month server.
